What you will do

• Own the annual budget and rolling forecasts across all group entities.
• Lead monthly variance reviews with budget holders and consolidate group-level management accounts.
• Perform daily financial control by reviewing invoices and purchase contracts against approved budgets.
• Lead the Finance stream of the ERP implementation project, including data migration and end-user training.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts with analytical commentary and dashboards.
• Provide support for external reporting and audit activities, including IFRS workings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master's or MBA is a plus).
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
• 5+ years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in management accounting or FP&A.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Solid grounding in IFRS principles.
