What you will do

• Perform budget planning and reconciliation
• Handle reporting and control financial processes to enhance efficiency
• Conduct data analysis for ongoing business initiatives
• Work on corporate projects impacting the organization
• Partner with accounting team on metrics, objectives, and business reviews
• Develop relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with FP&A on medium- and long-term financial and strategic plans
• Provide senior management with insights on department performance
• Review processes and propose improvements to senior management

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and basic financial reporting
• English proficiency at least B2 level, spoken and written
• Open to a temporary replacement contract
• Highly developed analytical skills for interpreting financial data
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables and other functions)
• Strong logical and analytical thinking
• Excellent organization, time management, and deadline handling
• Effective task execution and goal-oriented
• Flexible in a dynamic environment with creative problem-solving
