TL;DR
Platform Engineer (Azure): Building, operating, and integrating secure, scalable, and resilient Azure infrastructure and digital platforms with an accent on Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and enterprise governance. Focus on provisioning multi-environment infrastructure, implementing security and observability controls, and solving reliability and deployment challenges across GTS and engineering teams.
Location: Belgium; candidates must be based in Belgium. Hybrid work with 8 mandatory onsite days per month.

is recruiting for an Innovation Tribe building scalable, secure, and resilient digital platforms, including a Digital Asset Platform.
What you will do
- Provision, configure, and manage infrastructure services in collaboration with Group Technology Services (GTS).
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM, and Bicep.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Provision and operate DEV, TEST, PPE, and PROD environments on Azure.
- Implement identity, access, secrets management, network security, monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
- Support releases, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and improve cost, performance, reliability, and automation.
Requirements
- Strong experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or cloud engineering.
- Hands-on Azure and cloud infrastructure experience.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or similar tools.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, networking, security, system design, monitoring, and observability.
- Enterprise IT and shared platform/service team experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
