What you will do

• Monitor and resolve transaction-level reporting exceptions ("unhappy flow").
• Investigate root causes of complex reporting issues across the entire value chain.
• Collaborate with IT, Markets & Treasury, and Compliance to raise incidents and EPICs.
• Communicate daily with regulatory authorities regarding business operations.
• Report KPIs of transaction reporting to senior management to support informed decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid in Utrecht)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Understanding of the LEAN way of working.
• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make sound judgments and decisions in a dynamic environment.
