What you will do

• Coordinate product/packaging data collection and EPR filings across jurisdictions, liaising with PROs/ARs.
• Assist in GHG emissions data validation, ESG/sustainability reporting (GRI, CSRD), and KPI monitoring.
• Support packaging compliance (PPWR) and alignment with product/operations teams.
• Handle Dutch VAT compliance, CBS reporting, licensing/wholesale invoicing, and expense reviews.
• Manage ad hoc regulatory filings and improve compliance processes/controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law or related.
• 1-2 years in ESG, sustainability, compliance (internships count).
• Solid analytical skills, organization, communication for cross-functional work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); detail-oriented and proactive.

Nice to have

• ESG/sustainability/compliance certifications.
• Fashion industry experience, especially sustainable fashion.
