What you will do

• Implement innovation ideas for hirify.global products.
• Lead or support CMF technology projects enabling product diversity, sustainability, and customization.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes early in development to define critical requirements.
• Investigate and validate new surface finishing processes, techniques, and equipment.
• Partner with Product Marketing, ID, ME, and CMF design for materials selection and product engineering.
• Manage molding and CMF suppliers to ensure smooth process ramp-up and mass production.
• Act as CMF consultant for supplier audits, new technology evaluation, and cost analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years as CMF/ME engineer.
• 5+ years in electronics, sports goods, or related industries with molding, painting, printing, plastic decoration.
• Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership in global teams.
• Expertise in creative CMF design, materials (plastics, metals, composites), color management, finishing processes (painting, printing, IMD).
• Experience ensuring CMF process capabilities during trials and mass production.
• Skilled in ISO auditing and proactive supplier partnerships.

Nice to have

• 3+ years managing suppliers in high-volume or small-batch production.
