What you will do

• Lead foundry PE teams in the development and enhancement of Process Design Kits (PDK).
• Develop and integrate foundry rule decks and technology files using provided PDKs as a baseline.
• Manage PDK QA across DRC, LVS, PEX, EMIR, Pcell layout, and reliability/DFM regressions.
• Create scripts to port design databases, device parameters, and via mapping.
• Drive the promotion and enhancement of PDK development tools, including Pcell designer and auto-validation kits.
• Provide real-time technical support and coordinate with R&D to resolve bugs via CCRs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related working experience with a Bachelor's degree (MS preferred).
• Proven experience leading PDK teams or managing technical projects.
• Deep understanding of analog design flows, physical verification (DRC/LVS/Dummy Fill), and post-layout RC extraction.
• Proficiency in PERL, TCL, and SKILL scripting languages.
• Solid knowledge of Spice models and simulation flows.
• Must be located in Shanghai.
