What you will do
- Optimize UPS manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead engineering projects for UPS systems from concept through implementation, including scheduling and budgeting.
- Provide technical support to production teams and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
- Drive continuous improvement by promoting Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of specialized manufacturing equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Minimum 3 years in a senior or lead role within the UPS or power electronics industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems, and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Must be legally authorized to work in China.

- Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven leadership and project management experience with cross-functional teams.
