What you will do

• Optimize UPS manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead engineering projects for UPS systems from concept through implementation, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Provide technical support to production teams and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Drive continuous improvement by promoting Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of specialized manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior or lead role within the UPS or power electronics industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems, and manufacturing simulation tools.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in China.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
