What you will do

• Oversee factory QC operations, including inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Guide manufacturing partners on in-line quality control and assist with first production qualification.
• Investigate quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conforming materials.
• Prepare and submit reports on inspection results, audits, and non-conformance.
• Ensure factories comply with company standards and maintain accurate quality-related documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in quality control, ideally within consumer goods or retail.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or field quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis applied to manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across different partners.
