What you will do

• Create structured documentation for data, metrics, tools, and services.
• Develop content for data catalogs, user guides, SDK documentation, and UI text.
• Take ownership of specific documentation areas and lead related projects.
• Improve overall documentation processes and quality within the Data Office.
• Mentor junior writers and support various contributors.

Requirements

• Extensive writing experience in software, IT, or data-related domains.
• Strong technical foundation in software development concepts and workflows.
• Experience documenting APIs, SDKs, developer tools, or complex data systems.
• Proficiency with docs-as-code, Markdown/XML, and Git.
• Excellent English writing skills for highly technical audiences.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
