Senior Content Writer

The Senior Content Writer will be responsible for web content writing, content strategy development, research, writing, proofreading, and ensuring high-quality content delivery. Lithuania | Belarus | Poland Warsaw only locations📍 5000 euro gross

Qualifications

• Web Content Writing, Writing-Creating, and Proofreading skills
• Experience in Content Strategy and Research
• Strong experience with different tools like Canva, Mailerlite etc
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience in the logistics or technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field

Responsibilities:

1. Research: Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content. This involves gathering information from reliable sources to ensure the content is accurate and informative.
2. Content Creation: Writing clear and compelling content for various platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials. This includes creating articles, blog posts, white papers, and social media posts that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
3. SEO Optimization: Incorporating search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to enhance the visibility of the content on search engines. This involves using relevant keywords, meta titles, meta descriptions, and ensuring the content aligns with Google's best practices.
4. Editing and Proofreading: Reviewing and editing written pieces before publication to ensure they are free of errors, adhere to the company's style guidelines, and effectively communicate the intended message.
5. Content Strategy Development: Collaborating with marketing teams to create a content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, audience's interests, and market trends. This includes planning the types of content to be produced, determining the publication schedule, and identifying channels for distribution.
6. Engagement Monitoring: Analyzing the performance of content across various platforms using analytics tools. This involves tracking metrics such as views, engagement rates, and conversions to understand what content resonates with the audience and making adjustments as necessary.
7. Feedback Implementation: Incorporating feedback from readers, colleagues, and management to improve future content. This includes staying open to constructive criticism and continuously seeking ways to enhance writing skills and content quality.
8. Trend Monitoring: Staying updated with the latest industry trends, news, and updates. A content writer should be aware of changes in consumer preferences, SEO practices, and content marketing strategies to ensure the content remains relevant and effective.
