Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain (office 2-3 days a week). Occasional travel to Dublin and London required.

Salary: €51,000 - €62,000 ➕ Incentive Awards

What you will do

• Own high-impact content strategy for the Spanish market, suggesting guidance and processes.
• Write and edit in-app UX text for new features, onboarding, and notifications.
• Adapt global tone of voice to resonate with Spanish humor, dialect, and consumer expectations.
• Craft creative marketing copy for social media, email, OOH, and SEO.
• Ensure all communications comply with Spanish financial regulations and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to drive the launch timeline.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product and marketing writing.
• Ability to simplify complex fintech products for the user.
• Proficiency in both punchy marketing headlines and technical UX flows.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders autonomously.
• Strong advocacy for the user, avoiding "legalese".
