What you will do

• Coordinate freelance writers, proofreaders, and editors across multiple GEOs to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage content workflows, task statuses, and briefs using Asana.
• Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities and tailor briefs for specific markets.
• Perform final editorial checks on factual accuracy, brand alignment, and readability.
• Coordinate publishing handoffs with Content Editors according to the editorial calendar.
• Onboard new freelancers and process their invoices for the finance department.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content management or editorial coordination.
• Experience managing remote workflows and freelance contributors.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana and various CMS platforms.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different markets and time zones.
