AI / Python Developer (Azure, Copilot Studio, LangChain / LangGraph)

We are currently looking for an AI / Python Developer to join a project focused on building modern AI-driven solutions for intelligent process automation and digitalization. The engagement covers the full lifecycle of solution delivery - from requirements analysis and solution design to development, go-live, and ongoing DevOps operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

The role is focused on backend development with Python, LLM-based solutions, orchestration frameworks, and low-code development within the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

✅ Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI Agents based on Azure AI Foundry
- Develop Copilot Studio Agents
- Implement AI / LLM-based information extraction pipelines
- Build system integrations and APIs
- Implement event-driven and queue-based processing
- Deliver end-to-end integrations across enterprise systems, including SAP landscapes
- Provide consulting and support for deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement

✅ Required Skills
- Strong experience with Python
- Backend development experience with FastAPI
- Practical experience with Azure
- Experience with Azure OpenAI
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Copilot Studio
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and / or LangGraph
- Understanding of or practical experience with LLM-based solutions
- English level B2+

➕ Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure Storage Queue
- Experience with Azure Blob Storage
- Experience with event-driven architectures
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as SAP
