What you will do

• Act as the primary architectural authority for the AS Copilot RAG pipeline upgrade.
• Lead the overall strategy for tuning re-rankers, grounding, and citation efforts.
• Design overarching architecture for custom Code-RAG, specifically focusing on AST-aware semantic chunking for industrial automation.
• Oversee comprehensive RAG pipeline audits and establish critical baseline KPIs using tools like RAGAS.
• Define approaches for tuning cross-encoder rerankers on Azure ML and multi-turn grounding frameworks.
• Ensure delivery of production-grade Python code and provide high-level technical direction to senior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• Strong architectural background in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Deep practical experience and architectural mastery over LLMs and advanced RAG architectures.
• Expert proficiency in Python and experience designing systems with PostgreSQL and pgvector.
• Architectural-level experience with the Azure ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation methodologies and tools such as RAGAS or DeepEval.
• Must be based in Poland

• Extensive exposure to Abstract Syntax Trees (AST) or custom grammar parsing for code-generation.
