AI Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Warsaw). Must be based in Poland

What you will do

• Develop greenfield projects and agentic workflows using fast build-measure-learn cycles.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and run PoCs for organizational adoption.
• Build prototypes, plugins, and integrations for internal platforms including CI/CD and IDEs.
• Develop MCP servers and data-serving layers to empower AI agents.
• Establish AI usage standards, including prompt engineering patterns and security guardrails.
• Support and mentor other engineers in adopting AI-augmented workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production systems.
• Language-agnostic mindset with proficiency in TypeScript, Python, or Go.
• Experience shipping and operating production-scale architectures.
• Deep integration of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) into daily workflow.
• Expertise in agentic system design, tool calling, and context window optimization.
• Must be based in Poland for B2B contract.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating LLMs and RAG pipelines into production products.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services like AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI.
• Contributions to open-source AI tooling or DevEx experience.
