TL;DR

Internship Human Resources (HR): Supporting various HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and L&D within an international tech environment with an accent on operational HR tasks and people projects. Focus on gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines and contributing to organizational growth.

Location: On-site in Breda, Netherlands. Candidates must already hold a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands and be located within travel distance from the office.

What you will do

  • Handle operational HR tasks across the organization.
  • Contribute to people projects that impact colleagues across the entire company.
  • Work within a diverse HR department including teams for Learning & Development, HR Operations, Recruitment, and Payroll.
  • Collaborate with experienced HR Business Partners.
  • Gain hands-on experience in multiple HR disciplines in a fast-paced tech environment.

Requirements

  • Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably a graduate student looking for a graduation internship).
  • Available starting September 2026 for a minimum of 20 weeks.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Must hold a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
  • Located within travel distance from Breda.
