Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania

What you will do

• Guide managers and employees through the entire employment life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks in partnership with EMEA Shared Services.
• Ensure strict compliance with Romanian Labor Law and corporate guidelines.
• Lead HR projects regarding technology implementation and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, dispute resolution, and performance management.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, or Business Management.
• At least 4+ years of operational and advisory HR experience.
• Solid knowledge of employment regulations for Romania.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with HR technology, preferably Workday.
• Must be available for in-person interviews in Cluj-Napoca.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Hungarian.
