What you will do

  • Define and lead the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) strategy for Rare Diseases.
  • Establish a demand-driven planning model integrating commercial signals with supply constraints.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global planning organization of Demand Managers and Brand Planning leaders.
  • Drive enterprise trade-off decisions under constrained supply across manufacturing, CMOs, and distribution.
  • Own global supply chain performance including service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory, and responsiveness.
  • Act as governance lead for cross-functional planning processes and interface with GRD Affiliates.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Over 10 years of experience in supply chain within biotech companies
  • Fluent English
  • End-to-end planning experience
  • Leadership of global teams
  • Influence at senior executive level and strong stakeholder management
  • Enterprise mindset

Nice to have

  • MBA or equivalent
  • Training in IBP or Digital Supply Chain
