What you will do
- Define and lead the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) strategy for Rare Diseases.
- Establish a demand-driven planning model integrating commercial signals with supply constraints.
- Lead and develop a high-performing global planning organization of Demand Managers and Brand Planning leaders.
- Drive enterprise trade-off decisions under constrained supply across manufacturing, CMOs, and distribution.
- Own global supply chain performance including service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory, and responsiveness.
- Act as governance lead for cross-functional planning processes and interface with GRD Affiliates.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Over 10 years of experience in supply chain within biotech companies
- Fluent English
- End-to-end planning experience
- Leadership of global teams
- Influence at senior executive level and strong stakeholder management
- Enterprise mindset
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent
- Training in IBP or Digital Supply Chain
