What you will do

• Forecast and analyze service logistics costs for new business opportunities and bid reviews.
• Develop and implement MASP plans by analyzing SLAs and sparing requirements for local, global, and regional accounts.
• Lead and manage a team of Area MASP analysts, including training and performance reviews.
• Optimize asset utilization and minimize inventory investment while maximizing service level objectives.
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Call Management, and Account Management to design and manage logistics programs.
• Communicate policies and processes to promote cooperation between Logistics and other business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT industry service planning, cost forecasting, and spares management.
• Deep understanding of logistics principles, specifically inventory management and planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, and Project.
• Proven experience in high-volume and high-cost parts environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• APICS or related professional qualifications.
