What you will do

• Lead end-to-end social campaign execution for original scripted series and film titles from greenlight to evaluation.
• Define creative and strategic direction, commissioning platform-native storytelling and innovative digital ideas.
• Oversee campaign delivery, including phasing, localization, community management, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with international production partners and distributors to ensure global resonance of assets.
• Manage talent-led content capture, working closely with cast and production teams during premieres and shoots.
• Present strategies to executive stakeholders and manage significant budgets and agency relationships.

Requirements

• Substantial experience leading global social media campaigns for scripted series or film titles.
• Proven track record of developing impactful campaigns grounded in audience insights and platform behavior.
• Extensive experience working with high-profile talent and managing complex approval processes.
• Ability to manage large budgets and external creative agency relationships.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, emerging trends, and pop culture.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work hybrid (3 days onsite in London/Osterley).

Nice to have

• Film industry experience, including theatrical release strategy and the British awards landscape.
• Experience with on-set content capture and strong production literacy.
• Asset editing experience or a strong editorial eye for actionable creative feedback.
