What you will do

  • Manage and evolve the social media presence on platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
  • Implement social media best practices in collaboration with growth marketing and thought leadership teams.
  • Utilize Oktopost and other management tools for platform governance and optimization.
  • Partner with the creative team to ensure all content reflects the brand's voice and visual guidelines.
  • Create and distribute high-impact thought-leadership materials such as articles, videos, and graphics.
  • Monitor brand mentions and industry trends to identify engagement opportunities and potential risks.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube) and their best practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with the capacity to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to deliver digital content that meets broader marketing goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with social media tools such as Oktopost, Sprout, or Hootsuite.
