What you will do
- Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of global brand experiences (B2B, consumer, partner, creator) across EMEA and APAC.
- Own end-to-end delivery of flagship experiences, from initial strategy and creative brief through to production and on-site execution.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of brand experience leaders and producers across multiple international markets.
- Partner with regional leaders and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, AR/Specs) to ensure local relevance and global consistency.
- Champion the innovative use of AR and Spectacles to create differentiated storytelling techniques in the market.
- Establish success metrics and manage large-scale budgets, agencies, and vendors to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- Significant experience leading teams in experiential, brand, or event marketing within tech, media, or creative agencies.
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end strategy for large-scale brand experiences or event portfolios.
- Experience leading programs spanning two or more regions (e.g., EMEA and APAC).
- Ability to travel internationally for events and key internal gatherings.
- Must be based in London and adhere to the "default together" policy of working in-office 4+ days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in a global brand leadership role at a social, entertainment, or lifestyle brand.
- Experience with immersive technology, AR lenses, or hardware (Spectacles).
- Experience managing and optimizing multi-million-dollar experiential budgets.
- Track record of representing brand strategy in senior-level executive forums.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
