What you will do

• Design and build AI-powered customer experience solutions integrating Salesforce, AWS, and modern LLMs.
• Develop backend services for LLM orchestration, prompt workflows, and RAG pipelines.
• Implement resilient APIs and event-driven integrations between Salesforce, AWS, and internal systems.
• Refine prompt engineering strategies and grounding approaches to improve AI interaction quality and safety.
• Drive engineering excellence through CI/CD practices, observability, and operational support.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects in a Scrum-based Agile environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in customer-facing platforms or CRM-driven systems.
• Expertise in Python or Java, and JavaScript or TypeScript for production-grade systems.
• Strong experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
• Proven experience integrating LLMs into production apps using Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, or similar.
• Candidates must be located in Poland.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems design, API development, and testing strategies.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture (Apex, Lightning, Flow).
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, or agentic workflows.
• Background in enterprise security, compliance, and data governance for AI.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
