Location: Must be located in Poland (Remote)
Salary: 161,000 — 236,000 PLN per year

What you will do
- Design and build AI-powered customer experience solutions integrating Salesforce, AWS, and modern LLMs.
- Develop backend services for LLM orchestration, prompt workflows, and RAG pipelines.
- Implement resilient APIs and event-driven integrations between Salesforce, AWS, and internal systems.
- Refine prompt engineering strategies and grounding approaches to improve AI interaction quality and safety.
- Drive engineering excellence through CI/CD practices, observability, and operational support.
- Collaborate with product managers and architects in a Scrum-based Agile environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in customer-facing platforms or CRM-driven systems.
- Expertise in Python or Java, and JavaScript or TypeScript for production-grade systems.
- Strong experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
- Proven experience integrating LLMs into production apps using Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, or similar.
- Candidates must be located in Poland.
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems design, API development, and testing strategies.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture (Apex, Lightning, Flow).
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, or agentic workflows.
- Background in enterprise security, compliance, and data governance for AI.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
