What you will do

• Oversee the validation and analysis of meter read data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Resolve meter read exceptions and perform structured root cause analysis on missing or incorrect data.
• Reconcile meter data against historical usage patterns and support AQ appeals.
• Liaise with Meter Asset Managers, reading agencies, suppliers, and industry bodies to correct data issues.
• Ensure supply point processes align with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts through regular one-to-ones and KPI performance management.

Requirements

• Experience in billing, data analysis, or supply point management within the energy industry or a regulated environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience working with large datasets and a high level of attention to detail.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating a team with a focus on coaching.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Manchester, United Kingdom
