What you will do

• Manage, cleanse, validate, and transform data to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Design, develop, and deliver MI and BI dashboards and reports to provide clear performance insights.
• Analyze complex data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and contribute to business‑critical projects and change initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes, controls, and systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT partners to specify and implement technical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and insight delivery within a complex environment.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with SQL, Python, or SAS.
• Experience producing MI, dashboards, or management reports for senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of data quality, governance, and risk management principles.
• Degree in a mathematical or statistical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Hove office.
