What you will do

• Design and develop robust, scalable data models to enable high-quality analytics across the organization.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
• Define and track key metrics to measure business performance and success.
• Design experiments to evaluate and support continuous business improvement.
• Influence the product roadmap and drive measurable improvements in core business KPIs.
• Address technical debt and balance the trade-off between rapid delivery and architectural quality.

Requirements

• Expert-level SQL proficiency with the ability to debug complex queries.
• Experience building sophisticated, reusable, and scalable dimensional models.
• Proven track record of influencing technical guidelines and conducting rigorous code reviews.
• Strong knowledge of attribution modelling and cohort analysis.
• Experience in pipeline design and reliability engineering, including advanced observability.
• Significant experience in Marketing, CRM, or customer-focused analytics.
