TL;DR

Transfers Out Senior Analyst (Fintech): Cleansing data and improving reporting for the transfers out department with an accent on FCA compliance, process risks, and audit management. Hybrid working in Manchester with a minimum of 60% of working time per month in the office; initial full-time office for new starters.

What you will do

  • Cleanse data and improve reports to provide quality management information on transfers out.
  • Assess aged cases, escalate issues, and ensure FCA data requirements are met.
  • Review processes for risks, controls, trends, and improvements.
  • Collaborate on RPA implementation and organize departmental audits.
  • Review CASS breaches and complaints to identify systemic causes and training needs.
  • Contribute to projects, operational resilience, and relationships with counterparties.

Requirements

  • Located in or able to work hybrid from Manchester office (60% time).
  • Strong management, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organization, and time management.
  • Skilled in report writing, risk management, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of HMRC rules, pension legislation, customer service, and compliance.
  • Experience with macros, VBA automation, AI integration, and MS Office (Excel).
  • Numerate, customer-focused, with problem-solving abilities.
