What you will do

• Analyze complex customer, member, and client datasets to generate actionable commercial insights.
• Lead analytical projects from the initial research question through to final recommendations.
• Develop data visualizations and segmentation models to drive measurable business value.
• Collaborate with data science teams to connect and integrate insights across the organization.
• Manage data securely in strict compliance with GDPR and internal corporate policies.
• Continuously optimize analytical approaches, tools, and internal ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering customer or commercial insights through data analysis.
• Practical proficiency in SQL for manipulating and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience using Python for analytics or data science applications.
• Ability to communicate complex technical insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical capability with a structured and curious approach to problem-solving.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Hove, UK.
