What you will do

• Develop and execute AI/digitalization roadmap aligned with business goals
• Optimize processes and deploy AI solutions for efficiency in GHSE operations
• Translate business objectives into AI product requirements and manage roadmap
• Lead workshops and build AI competency through training and collaboration
• Prototype AI projects, work with data scientists/engineers, and track KPIs
• Ensure ethical AI practices and data-driven feature prioritization

Requirements

• Fluency in English for business communication
• 5+ years in senior roles with expertise in AI technologies, process optimization, digital transformation
• Minimum 5 years in product management, 2+ years on AI/ML products
• 3+ years hands-on with process workflows and tools
• Strong facilitation, networking, and strategic execution skills
• Understanding of ML concepts, product analytics, ROI, and ethical AI
