What you will do

• Own onboarding for high-profile restaurant partners, ensuring top standards at every step.
• Lead projects to improve onboarding efficiency, scalability, and partner experience.
• Serve as main contact, training partners on tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and account management for smooth handovers.
• Monitor quality and satisfaction post-onboarding, resolving issues proactively.
• Analyze data to identify and recommend partner growth opportunities.
• Ensure venue content and visuals are accurate and brand-aligned.
• Mentor newer team members with your expertise.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken German, plus strong English skills
• Experience in onboarding, account management, or partner-facing operations, ideally with high-value clients
• Strong project management skills from planning to execution
• Great communication and relationship-building abilities
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities
• Data-savvy with strong problem-solving skills
• Passion for food, restaurants, and service
