IAM Engineer (Okta)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Configure and administer Okta across applications, groups, policies, federation, and MFA.
• Lead the onboarding of SaaS and enterprise applications into the IAM ecosystem.
• Implement and support SSO integrations using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Build and maintain provisioning integrations via SCIM and APIs.
• Support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes and access automation.
• Manage multi-tenant Okta environments and org-to-org integrations.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in IAM Engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in Okta engineering and multi-tenant environment integration.
• Deep understanding of SSO and federation technologies (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Experience with provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Must be based in the UK for remote work.

Nice to have

• Experience with SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow.
• Exposure to PAM tooling such as Delinea or CyberArk.
• Experience with Okta Workflows and API integrations.
