What you will do

• Design AI security architecture including governance, data protection, and model standards for enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with AI deployment team to align security controls with business objectives.
• Develop and enforce AI usage policies and guardrails for employees and developers.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for AI vulnerabilities like prompt injection and data poisoning.
• Evaluate AI security tools and partner with compliance teams for regulatory adherence.
• Monitor AI security landscape and establish metrics for executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related; Master's preferred
• 8+ years in information security, 3+ in security architecture
• Experience designing security for AI/ML systems including LLMs and generative AI.
• Deep knowledge of AI risks: prompt injection, data poisoning, adversarial attacks.
• Strong grasp of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA.
• Cloud security in AWS, Azure, or GCP; familiarity with AI platforms like OpenAI API, SageMaker.
• Excellent communication; relevant certifications like CISSP, CCSP.
