What you will do

• Design and maintain core IGA platforms including Microsoft Entra ID, AD, SailPoint, and Saviynt.
• Build automated lifecycle workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) using PowerShell, Python, and REST APIs.
• Implement access governance controls, including RBAC/ABAC and access certifications.
• Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for IGA governance and operations.
• Collaborate with GRC and Audit teams to maintain SOX, NIST, and GDPR compliance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 2+ years of IGA/IAM engineering experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Directory Services/LDAP and CI/CD processes.
• Experience leveraging GenAI coding assistance to improve IGA processes.
• Strong communication skills for documenting technical specifications for non-technical audiences.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is required.
