What you will do

• Lead departmental capabilities in simulation, guidance and control, and tracking systems.
• Manage software development (SIL/PIL), lab testing, and performance verification.
• Provide technical direction and mentor engineers across all levels.
• Support pre-flight preparation, participate in flight tests, and conduct post-flight analysis.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and algorithms to strengthen G&C capabilities.
• Establish required infrastructure, laboratories, and supporting engineering tools.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in guided weapon systems or advanced aerospace/defence technologies.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Embedded Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of guidance and control engineering and systems engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Nice to have

• Experience in leading aerospace or defence organizations.
• Expertise in simulation, algorithm development, and mission systems.
