What you will do

• Design and optimize engine air intake and perform CFD analysis to ensure configuration compatibility.
• Develop nozzle geometry and optimize thrust and backpressure.
• Select pumps, solenoids, and valves to define fuel and lubrication systems.
• Design and route fuel, oil, and pneumatic lines, including performing pressure drop calculations.
• Support engine testing and troubleshooting by defining instrumentation and analyzing test data.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in compressible flow and thermodynamics.
• Proficiency with CFD tools (ANSYS, Fluent) and CAD tools (SolidWorks, NX, CATIA).
• Strong knowledge of fuel and lubrication systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with turbojet or gas turbine engines.
• Hands-on test cell experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
