What you will do

• Integrate UAV payload systems including mounting, wiring, and configuration to ensure proper functionality.
• Conduct ground testing of payloads, sensors, avionics, and communication systems.
• Support flight test preparation and execution, ensuring all systems are fully operational.
• Operate and monitor test equipment during testing and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
• Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to review test plans and readiness.
• Maintain and prepare test setups, ensuring calibration and functionality of equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical technology preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in integration and testing.
• Familiarity with UAV systems and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving ability in troubleshooting fabrication or system issues.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of adhesive bonding and composite assembly methods.
• Certifications in LEAN, 3P, or 5S.
