Product Manager

Location: Belgrade, Vojvodina, Serbia; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategy in alignment with company goals, including growth management.
• Research customer needs, market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify product opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to drive products from concept to launch.
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve product performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and LTV analysis.
• Experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and make decisions amid conflicting interests.
• English at B2 level or higher.
