Senior Product Manager (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Hybrid, on-site position based in Belgrade, Serbia. Full relocation support to Belgrade is available for candidates and their families who are not Serbian citizens.

What you will do

• Lead an autonomous multidisciplinary product pod as its strategic and operational head.
• Shape product strategy and roadmap for Top Goal with the Game Lead and Creative Director.
• Drive data-informed decisions, experiments, feedback loops, and KPI improvements.
• Define KPIs and participate in the high-level design of new game features.
• Own game pricing and help create or evolve the game economy with Game Designers.
• Build and execute the Live Operations roadmap, including monthly offers and events.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working on B2C digital products, ideally in Product Management, Game Design, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• User-centric mindset and strong communication and writing skills.
• Experience preparing and presenting reports and feedback to different stakeholders.
• Passion for mobile games and preference for a fast-paced agile development environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid, on-site role based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience working on free-to-play mobile games.
• Passion for football and understanding of football audiences and products.
