Salary: $160,000–$180,000 plus bonus and equity

• Manage the full product lifecycle from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life.

• Collaborate across departments to determine overall product strategy and internal processes.
• Coach, review, and delegate work to junior professionals within the team.
• Provide strategic insights to improve departmental functions and company goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of functional experience, including 5 years in a product management role.
• Must be compliant with U.S. export controls.
• Advanced technical knowledge and a degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with limited oversight.
