What you will do

• Collaborate with sales teams to build commercial offers for the largest and most strategic accounts.
• Review, approve, or reject quotes to ensure strict compliance with empowerment rules.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, and Pricing teams to facilitate the deal approval process.
• Manage order documents from draft to signature, owning commercial term negotiations and redlines.
• Identify and implement productivity improvements to scale the Deal Desk function.
• Advise stakeholders on pricing, quoting, and onboarding best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in deal desk, finance, or revenue roles.
• Significant professional experience within the software/SaaS industry.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial terms and contracts.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
