What you will do

• Manage the full commissions process, including plan modeling, calculation, validation, accruals, and reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Growth, HR, Operations, and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
• Support the design and analysis of compensation plan structures and track effectiveness via attainment and cost of sales.
• Build and maintain scalable forecasting and reporting models using Excel and tools like Captivate IQ.
• Enhance automation and data integrity by integrating data from Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday.
• Develop dashboards and variance analyses to deliver actionable insights to FP&A leadership.

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience in Commissions, FP&A, or Sales Operations within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, renewals, and quota performance.
• Hands-on experience with commissions tools (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Performio).
• Advanced Excel modeling and data validation skills.
• Proven experience working with data from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
