What you will do

• Lead technical solutions in implementation, synthesis, and sign-off from RTL to GDSII.
• Identify business opportunities and develop account plans in collaboration with internal account managers and R&D teams.
• Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global solutions to local and multinational accounts in Israel.
• Manage customer engagements and execute product sales strategies to achieve business growth.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key players in the Israeli semiconductor industry, from engineers to senior technical managers.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in implementation, synthesis, and sign-off, from RTL to GDSII.
• Deep understanding of the Israeli semiconductor industry.
• Strong communication and business development skills.
