What you will do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts to ensure value realization, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers on their Enterprise Orchestration & AI journey and collaborate on building AI roadmaps.
- Develop strategic relationships with senior executives to drive product adoption and revenue expansion.
- Create and manage Joint Success Plans to map 's deployment to customer business initiatives.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, orchestrating effective resolutions.
- Run hackathons and bootcamps to accelerate product adoption and consumption.
Requirements
- BS in a technical field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, or technical account management.
- Proven track record of increasing adoption and driving NRR growth for accounts with ARR from $100k to multi-millions.
- Strong familiarity with the AI ecosystem and the ability to recommend AI-driven solutions.
- Experience in Integration, business automation, or Digital Transformation.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
