What you will do

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts to ensure value realization, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers on their Enterprise Orchestration & AI journey and collaborate on building AI roadmaps.
• Develop strategic relationships with senior executives to drive product adoption and revenue expansion.
• Create and manage Joint Success Plans to map hirify.global's deployment to customer business initiatives.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, orchestrating effective resolutions.
• Run hackathons and bootcamps to accelerate product adoption and consumption.

Requirements

• BS in a technical field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, or technical account management.
• Proven track record of increasing adoption and driving NRR growth for accounts with ARR from $100k to multi-millions.
• Strong familiarity with the AI ecosystem and the ability to recommend AI-driven solutions.
• Experience in Integration, business automation, or Digital Transformation.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
