What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Manage and drive sales through the regional distribution network across EMEA.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure exceptional satisfaction.
• Promote products and solutions at regional trade shows and industry conferences.
• Drive technical enablement and solution positioning to support complex sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to align local goals with corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Photonics, Electronics, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineer roles.
• Expertise in Photonics and High-Speed I/O Test and Measurement Solutions.
• Strong understanding of the photonics ecosystem within the EMEA region.
• Proven track record in technical solution selling for small and large enterprise-level customers.
• Preference for candidates currently residing in Israel.
