TL;DR
Specialist - Program & Project Management (MS 365/IT Infrastructure): Ensuring technological operational continuity of the Mexico office through technical support and hardware lifecycle management with an accent on L1/L2 user support and office infrastructure maintenance. Focus on resolving incidents within SLAs, managing technology assets, and coordinating with external vendors.
Location: Onsite at Mexico City offices (Montes Urales)

What you will do
- Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to office employees via phone, ticketing systems, and onsite.
- Manage the full hardware lifecycle, including preparing corporate images for new hires and maintaining asset inventories.
- Verify and maintain office infrastructure, including wired networks, communication equipment, and meeting room systems.
- Deliver DT onboarding sessions and lead technology adoption initiatives for new employees.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance and warranty management with external vendors.
- Prepare monthly reports on technology services and propose preventive solutions for recurring incidents.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a similar technology-related field.
- Intermediate English proficiency (reading comprehension and basic conversation skills).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Availability for onsite work at Mexico City offices (Montes Urales).
Nice to have
- Minimum 1 year of experience in end-user technical support.
- Experience with ticketing platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
- Basic knowledge of ethernet networks, switching, and general networking.
