Location: Hybrid; must be based in Lisbon (Portugal), Florence (Italy), Barcelona (Spain), Budapest (Hungary), or Prague (Czech Republic)

What you will do

• Administer and manage the Coupa platform, including advanced user access controls, system configurations, and approval workflows.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to ensure high system availability and resolve complex issues.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support procurement insights and executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure the proper integration of Coupa with ERP Netsuite and other internal applications.
• Develop user training programs, provide mentorship, and maintain up-to-date system documentation.
• Ensure compliance and data security by aligning system setup with group procurement policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement with a focus on purchase-to-pay (P2P) and source-to-contract (S2C) activities.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa or other e-Procurement platforms (administration, data maintenance, reporting).
• Experience using JIRA or similar ticketing systems to manage user requests.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from one of the specified European locations.
