Founder Associate (AI)

Location: New York; hybrid with required in-person presence

Salary: $110,000–$200,000 annually plus equity

hirify.global is a Series C fintech company building an AI-native operating system for regulated finance, starting with mortgage servicing.

What you will do

• Own critical cross-functional projects end-to-end, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, and delivery.
• Work across client deployments, internal operations, pricing, AI enablement, and other high-priority business problems.
• Support the COO and executive team by synthesizing information, preparing executive and board materials, and identifying risks early.
• Build new processes, teams, and systems from 0 to 1 as the company scales.
• Use Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools to automate workflows and analyze data.
• Navigate ambiguous problems with limited briefs, using context, constraints, and independent judgment.

Requirements

• 0–8 years of experience, potentially from consulting, a high-growth startup, an early-stage Chief of Staff role, or a rotational program.
• Generalist mindset with the ability to quickly learn domains such as mortgage servicing economics, AI deployment strategy, and organizational design.
• High agency, low ego, and a strong bias toward execution and shipping practical solutions.
• Strong written communication skills across concise one-pagers, Slack messages, and detailed process documentation.
• Daily use of AI tools and an instinct to automate workflows rather than perform them manually.
• Must be based in New York and able to work in person as part of a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience at a top consulting firm such as MBB.
