What you will do

• Oversee QC operations at factories, including raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods inspections.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing partners on production quality control and first production qualification.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and customer complaints.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on quality control activities, audits, and non-conformances.
• Ensure factory compliance with company standards and good documentation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in quality control, ideally in consumer goods or retail.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or field quality roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis applied within a manufacturing context.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across global partners.
