What you will do

• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conforming materials.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on inspection results, audits, and non-conformance.
• Ensure factories maintain company standards and rigorous documentation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in quality control, ideally within consumer goods or retail.
• Practical experience in a manufacturing environment or field quality roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis applied to manufacturing.
• Must be located in or able to work in Shanghai or Shenzhen, China.
